The Parry Paragon PGF/P is a medium duty 12 litre single tank gas fryer.  The unit is thermostatically controlled for precise cooking and has a V style tank heated by twin output burners.  The fryer is available in either LPG or natural gas.

The Lincat Opus OG7110 is a 14 litre heavy duty single fryer.  Controlled by accurate close tolerance thermostats to give consistent results the unit has a deep cool zone to give extended oil life.  Available in natural gas or LPG
